I came across this establishment when a number of my colleagues mentioned they frequent it and have gorgeous hair. I was referred to Charlotte and was not disappointed. She provided me with a cut that perfectly suited my hair type (thick and wavy, challenging to manage). I don't need to style it, it effortlessly falls into the cut she gave me and has held up all Summer! I've visited this salon twice for a hair appointment. The first time was fantastic - the hairdresser really listened to what I wanted and nailed the colour perfectly. Unfortunately, the second time I had a different hairdresser as the first one had to cancel last minute. Despite showing a photo and asking for the exact same colour, my hair ended up a lot darker. I mentioned it to the hairdresser, but didn't want to make a fuss, especially with the bright sunlight making it hard to see accurately. Now, two months later, I'm really unhappy with the colour. What frustrates me the most is that I specifically asked for the same colour as last time.
