I must say, I was not impressed with this place. The lack of organization was evident from the start. My initial appointment, which I had confirmed over the phone, was not on their records when I arrived. While I had a good massage with Bee on my second visit, the inconsistency in quality between therapists was disappointing. My most recent booking was rescheduled last minute, resulting in further confusion and inconvenience. After being unable to see my preferred therapist and facing the prospect of being assigned to a therapist I did not enjoy previously, I opted to request a refund and leave. Overall, a disappointing experience when I had been looking forward to it.
I visited this establishment for a massage a year ago and returned last month, and the experience was truly phenomenal! The masseur I had was incredibly skilled, identifying and addressing every knot and area of discomfort I pointed out with remarkable precision. During my recent visit, I was once again impressed by the exceptional service, calming ambiance, and attention to detail. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and even received an umbrella to shield me from the rain. I highly recommend this skilled and welcoming massage parlour!
My experience with Gigi was subpar as she abruptly ended my massage to attend to the next client. The quality of the massage here seems to vary depending on the therapist you get. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Gigi as her technique left me feeling less relaxed than when I arrived.
