My spouse (Darren Scott) was accused of fabricating his review from over a year ago when I had to cancel my appointment because of my now deceased Mother's illness. You claimed that you were only informed about my Mum being in hospital when I didn't show up for my appointment!! As shown in the attached screenshot, it clearly indicates that I cancelled the day before due to visiting my terminally ill Mum in a Northern hospital. I had rescheduled appointments before this due to my Mum's hospitalization.
