The staff at this salon are friendly, and I have always been satisfied with my haircut. However, I came across a negative review online where the author claimed that their hair was poorly treated on two separate occasions. I am sceptical of the authenticity of this review, as it seems unlikely that someone would return for a second visit if their initial experience was so negative.

I recently underwent a complete hair transformation at this salon. After neglecting my hair for two years, it was in a sorry state. The stylists were incredibly welcoming, understanding, and supportive, which immediately eased my embarrassment. Despite the condition of my hair, my stylist accommodated me the next day at short notice and even stayed late to ensure my hair was well taken care of. She listened to my preferences and delivered a hairstyle that exceeded my expectations. I feel like a new person, and even my Nan approves! I highly recommend Talking Heads to all my loved ones and will remain a loyal customer for years to come.

I must express my gratitude to Dawn for her exceptional service. She conducted herself with grace and professionalism while assisting me through a sensitive situation.
