There were two individuals at the salon, the younger one seemed inexperienced, not even with hair washing. After she washed my hair, we realized there was still conditioner left, and her excuse was that I have "too much hair" - unbelievable. The other lady who styled my hair was kind and professional, but my vote goes to the salon as a whole since they work together.
After a year of avoiding the barbers because every local one seemed to damage my hair and scalp, home dye kits only made it worse, I spent ages untangling knots daily. The fear of another disaster kept me away, but Carmel, who had great reviews on the Eastleigh Neighbours Facebook page, saved my long, damaged hair. She matched the colour perfectly, restored its health, and cut it just as I wanted. Carmel goes the extra mile and creates a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend her - wouldn't go anywhere else!
