Just wanted a simple trim but also asked for a fringe cut. Ended up with a boyish haircut and a completely crooked fringe. Very dissatisfied as they were too engrossed in conversation and barely interacted with me. Would not recommend this salon at all

I've been a loyal client of Kelly's for many years for nail treatments. Recently, she introduced skincare services, so I decided to try them out.
I opted for a micro-needling treatment and I must say, I've never felt more pampered. Kelly explained each step to me, ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. The treatment itself was surprisingly soothing, and a week later, my skin's complexion and brightness have noticeably improved.
