Rarely write reviews, but had to this time. Saw Laura yesterday and feel like a new person! I'm not a regular at the salon, but lost my hair during lockdown due to cancer treatment. It grew back unruly and needed a good cut. Laura was incredible, friendly, understood my needs perfectly. Losing my long hair was tough, but now I have a chic pixie cut and newfound confidence. Family adores my new look! Had a great experience at Gossip last year for my daughter's first haircut too. Staff were lovely and great with kids.
