Lovely, welcoming gym. The staff are incredibly helpful and well-informed. The classes are fantastic, suitable for all fitness levels. The gym itself has excellent equipment, regularly adding new pieces based on feedback. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned gym-goer, this is the place to be.
