My partner had a fantastic experience getting her nails done here. The service was exceptional, and she left feeling very pleased. Both of you did a fantastic job! Today, my mother and I had an absolutely wonderful time at this salon. I received biab extensions and had old acrylics removed, and the attention to detail from both girls was exceptional. They were not only careful but also delightful to converse with. The establishment is impeccably clean and charming inside. We will definitely be returning soon! My mother had gelish applied to her hands and toes and was thrilled with the colour. Additionally, she had her eyebrows waxed and tinted, which made her feel rejuvenated. We felt at ease right away. I was impressed by the knowledge and expertise of both girls in addressing various nail concerns. I highly recommend this salon to everyone; the staff are incredibly kind and well-informed. Couldn't ask for a better experience! xxx
Regrettably, I had a negative experience at this salon. Initially, I made a booking and paid a deposit for my appointment online, which was altered to an earlier date. Upon arrival, I was informed that an apprentice would be handling my nails. While I understand everyone must learn, the finish on the colour was subpar - lumpy and gloopy, with unevenly painted nail ends. The qualified technician later did the nail art, which did not meet expectations. Despite requesting a redo on one nail multiple times, my confidence was lost, and I just wanted to leave. I paid the full price, expecting a discount as a model for a learner, which I did not receive. Now, after sharing photos and expressing my dissatisfaction, my messages are being ignored, and no resolution has been offered. While I acknowledge I should have spoken up in the salon, the embarrassment was too much. Unprofessional work and communication, topped off by being blocked for seeking a refund. Disappointing experience.
