Arrived at 3 pm on a Tuesday, the only barber available is lounging on the sofa. He gives me a peculiar glance and is then instructed by the manager to cut my hair. I clearly communicate the desired length (not too short), but he proceeds to trim it much shorter without confirming. The end result is a complete disaster. I had to resort to wearing a beanie hat.
