My experience at the salon was disappointing. I had my hair dyed and layered, but the results were subpar. It was evident that the staff lacked experience. The hair colour did not turn out well, with natural roots remaining dark, creating an uneven tone. The layering was also poorly executed, making it appear as if only half of my hair was short. The pricing was also an issue, as I was quoted £88 but managed to negotiate it down to £80, only to be told at payment that it was still £88. The communication regarding the pricing was confusing and unprofessional. When I reached out to address the unsatisfactory results, I was met with silence from the owner. Despite my follow-up messages, my concerns were ignored.
My first time at the spa was delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with utmost care and attention. The massage was top-notch, and the entire establishment was spotless and well-organized. I will definitely be making a return visit soon. I highly recommend this place :)
I recently visited the spa for a rejuvenating full body and facial massage. The experience was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, I felt fatigued and worn out, but after the massage, I felt like I was floating on air. The massage room was beautifully decorated, creating a serene and calming atmosphere. My masseuse was delightful and accommodated my preferences for massage intensity. I am looking forward to returning for another session :)
