Recently, I indulged in a delightful hour-long aromatherapy massage administered by Ilaria. It was an experience of pure perfection. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Ilaria and my daughter for this wonderful treat.

I specifically requested a Swedish massage at the rate of £60 per hour, which I found to be quite reasonable. However, upon my punctual arrival, my massage therapist entered the room in a rather abrupt manner without introducing herself. The massage that followed was unexpectedly painful, far exceeding my tolerance level despite having had numerous massages in various countries. I had anticipated a relaxing session but instead found myself tensing up in discomfort throughout. Despite expressing my discomfort, the therapist persisted with the same intense pressure, which, in my view, bordered on being abusive. I had hoped that the muscle tension would subside the following day, but to my dismay, my back was in significant pain. I resorted to taking pain medication, a far cry from the desired outcome of a soothing massage. Regrettably, I derived no benefit from the experience and, in fact, feel somewhat traumatised by what should have been a calming interlude. The therapist concluded the session with a curt 'Done' before exiting. I can only award one star for the pricing, overshadowed by the presence of an impolite therapist and a distressing encounter.

The service at this establishment is truly exceptional. Maria and Kelly are particularly outstanding. The cleanliness is impeccable and the value for money is undeniable. The professionalism displayed by the staff is commendable. I wholeheartedly endorse the Stanmore branch.
