I visited the salon to have my nails done, but when I returned home, one was already damaged. It hasn't even been two weeks and my nails are in a terrible state, constantly breaking. To make matters worse, the staff initially said I could pay with PayPal, but upon arrival, they said it wasn't an option. Instead, I had to settle the payment by buying the owner a whiskey.
The only positive thing I can mention is that I gave them another chance, but unfortunately, my nails were ruined on the same day. I visited the store to find a solution for my clogged pores. The staff member who initially greeted me was kind, but unsure about the product I needed. She graciously handed me over to Lara, who provided me with detailed information about a suitable product. Lara and I had a pleasant chat about lash growth, admiring each other's eyebrows and eyelashes. I appreciated that Lara was not pushy and simply offered friendly and informative assistance. The welcoming atmosphere created by the natural and well-presented staff made me feel comfortable, despite not being a heavy makeup user.
