This is the only salon I will patronise from now on!! The staff members are incredibly welcoming and consistently achieve perfection with my (wildly unruly) hair. I opt for vivid colours, and they always nail it ♥️
The establishment is satisfactory, the individual who performed the nail service was delightful. The quality of the work could have been improved. The range of colours available is not the most extensive but is not inadequate. I returned after 20 minutes to express dissatisfaction with the service rendered (where there was better lighting for me to inspect my nails properly). I was informed that the appearance of the nails, rounded at the edges, was intentional to prevent unevenness as the nails grow. I have had shellac nails done previously, and they never appeared with these noticeable gaps. The technician never inquired about the desired nail shape and assumed I preferred a square shape (although I did not specify). Regrettably, I will not return, and I now need to seek out another establishment as my wedding is approaching next weekend.
My hair was highlighted and styled by Megan, and I am overjoyed with the outcome. She is a fantastic stylist. I adore the lively atmosphere in the salon.
