Alex is an excellent therapist, and I wholeheartedly recommend Refresh. I initially sought treatment for calf muscles and recently returned for assistance with a shoulder injury from squash; I am eagerly anticipating my next session. My spouse has also received a massage from Taylor and was equally impressed. Well-deserved five stars, continue the excellent work! :)
I initially sought out Alex because I was experiencing water retention in my lower leg and foot post knee surgery. Through MLD, Alex successfully addressed this issue for me. Last week, Alex accommodated me with an urgent appointment as I had been enduring excruciating pain in my knee and leg, so severe that I had to rely on pain relief every night to sleep. Alex dedicated a full hour to working on my leg, and that night, for the first time in approximately 3 weeks, I did not require pain relief. Alex is an exceptional therapist.
Refresh is an outstanding clinic, and stumbling upon it has positively transformed my life in numerous ways! I have been undergoing treatments with Alex on a monthly basis (or more frequently) for over a year and have referred friends who have only positive feedback following various treatments! I find the services to be very reasonably priced. Alex is amicable, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive, working with me to achieve excellent results not only during my MLD sessions but also in fostering a better rapport with my GP. I highly endorse Refresh and am immensely thankful that they are in Edinburgh! :)
