Their English is quite poor, making it challenging to communicate effectively. While I was getting my nails done, I found it disruptive that the staff were chatting and laughing in Chinese, which felt unprofessional. To top it off, they had the nerve to suggest that I should have explained myself better. I would recommend avoiding Ruby Nail Bar.
Had a great experience getting my nails done at Ruby Nails for my upcoming trip. The staff paid close attention to the reference picture I provided and did an excellent job. Additionally, I appreciated their understanding when I didn't have cash on me and allowed me to quickly access a nearby cash machine after my appointment. Will definitely be a returning customer!
Received absolutely outstanding service at Ruby Nails, very professional and the results were fantastic!! The only downside was the one-hour wait, but it was definitely worth it 👌
