The staff went above and beyond to ensure I found the item I was looking for! A young brunette woman spent a solid 10 minutes unscrewing a shelf to help me retrieve an item that had fallen behind it. There was also an older woman who kindly asked if I needed any assistance while I was browsing. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and competitive prices!
Located at a bustling Nicholson street, this shop may not be very large but offers a good variety of products. I would suggest a larger shop for better value for money, although we do pay for the convenience. Customer service is just okay.
Poor customer service, would not recommend.
