I have frequented TNG (Jen specifically) for the past 4 years and wouldn't consider any other place. The entire team exudes a welcoming atmosphere from beginning to end, creating a friendly and enjoyable vibe. Jen's artistry is truly remarkable and definitely worth the investment, not to mention our engaging conversations. I receive compliments everywhere I go about the stunning appearance of my nails! I've had my nails styled here several times and always adore the outcome! The individuals are incredibly friendly and excel at their craft. I've tried BIAB and Apres gel extensions, both with nail art that consistently turns out stunning! The loft where they are situated emanates a trendy vibe and instantly puts me at ease upon arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!
The service I encountered left me feeling disheartened. My appointment was abruptly cancelled just 20 minutes prior to its scheduled commencement due to a missed text requesting a deposit. Regrettably, the text was sent to an incorrect number, despite my explicit instructions during the booking process that I do not possess a UK number and it should commence with +32 instead of +44.
