I have always left this salon content with my nails, but this recent visit was a disappointment. There is a male technician whose nail work is substandard. The treatment left my cuticles inflamed, which is highly distressing. I believe they should consider terminating his employment. This experience has left me feeling truly disheartened.
My initial visit for a nail treatment left me dissatisfied. The nails appear bulky, and the design failed to mirror the inspiration provided. The prolonged wait post-application, coupled with lacklustre service, reflects poorly on customer care. The overall nail application process was subpar, resulting in a regrettable outcome. The experience was a waste of time and money, and I will not be returning.
I have frequented this establishment for many years. The staff here are exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. I am quite particular about my nail preferences, yet they consistently manage to meet my exacting standards. Despite the occasional interruption from my little one who tends to stir mid-session, the staff always step in to assist.
