I had a wonderful time at this spa in the United Kingdom. The package was inclusive and well worth the price. The food was delightful, and the welcome drink and snack were a pleasant way to start the day. The sauna in the treetops was nice, although it took a while to reach the desired temperature. The salt and volcano rooms were fantastic, and the ice room was a unique experience. While the pool was not large, it was perfect for a leisurely dip between visits to the sauna and steam rooms. There were ample relaxation areas available. It might be beneficial to add another hot tub due to their popularity. The staff were mostly satisfactory, and the facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained. I wholeheartedly recommend this spa.
