I've been going to The Hair Studio for over 3 years now, and I haven't had a single negative experience. I've tried various treatments, and each one has been fantastic. All the stylists are amazing.
My brother bought me a gift card for 90 pounds, I used 80 of it. The card expired a week later, and even though I was booking a 45 pound haircut, they refused to honour the remaining 10 pounds! Absolutely nonsensical. I now visit a nearby salon weekly that provides excellent service :-)
I couldn't frequent the pub all the time as I live too far away. But twice a year it was my special treat when we came home. The staff were all so friendly and professional, and I always looked forward to my visits. I will miss my treat and I hope all the staff find another pub to go to. Oliver
