First time here today, recommended by a friend. Jamie took time to assess my hair while discussing the best options. Jamie is very welcoming and meeting her was a pleasure. Loving my new hairstyle! Thanks Jamie, will definitely return soon.
"Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, otherwise a 50% fee may apply." Unfortunately, it seems this policy only applies when convenient. I had booked an appointment a week in advance for my 5-year-old son. He had been eagerly anticipating this appointment all week and woke up early on the 29th of May to make it for the 9:30 slot on a sunny Bank Holiday Saturday. Upon arrival, we were informed that a staff member was unexpectedly ill. It's a shame they didn't inform me in advance. I asked if they could at least trim my son's fringe quickly, but was met with a cold refusal. Thankfully, the kind owner of the neighbouring salon stepped in and offered to help. A true act of kindness that I deeply appreciate. Olivia's salon needs to learn the value of customer care and goodwill over fake reviews.
Olivia has styled my hair multiple times and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience is professional and enjoyable. She listens attentively to my preferences and has given me the hair of my dreams! I highly recommend her services without hesitation.
