I frequently visit the salon to get my hair cut, dyed, styled, and sometimes add extensions, and I always choose the delightful Liam @The retreat. Not only is he incredibly kind, but he excels in every aspect. My hair colours are consistently flawless, he cuts and styles my hair impeccably, and does the same for my teenage daughters. I have had extensions in the past, and Liam guided me through what suited me best... they always looked fabulous. Liam is an exceptionally skilled hairdresser and a charming young man. Today, I finally indulged in a treatment post-lockdown. The salon was exceptionally well-organised and maintained, spotlessly clean, and I felt completely secure. I thoroughly enjoyed the head massage during my hair wash - simply delightful! It was wonderful to reunite with everyone. Sarah welcomed me with a beaming smile, and I can see that she, along with all the ladies there, are striving to restore normalcy. My heartfelt thanks to all of you - oh, and my entire family complimented my hair, saying how lovely it looked - success 👍😁 xx
I took my 7-year-old daughter there because my son thought it wise to put bunchems in her hair. They demonstrated the best technique to remove them, provided me with a bottle of conditioning spray and a comb, and asked for nothing in return - they were exceptional! So warm and understanding with my daughter, she insisted I take her back for a trim. A fantastic place with lovely staff, they've gained a customer for being so kind to my daughter!
