I am utterly let down by the tattoo done by Lucian. I had desired a tribute tattoo for my father and was assured it would mirror his final photograph, but it bears no resemblance to him, prompting me to consider removal. If possible, I would award zero stars. Lucian's service and demeanour were appalling. I have no intention of returning. A dreadful establishment with abysmal service.

Just had the privilege of collaborating with Lucian, and he was truly exceptional - witty, professional, and rendered the entire experience unforgettable.
