I visited for a treatment a month ago and the customer service was exceptional. By entering the clinic at a quiet time, I received a thorough consultation for free about what I required, where I required it, and most importantly; what I didn't need. It was refreshing to have someone not push for more sales (which would have been easy with me!) and provide honest, unbiased advice on what would or wouldn't work. I was so impressed with my initial treatment that I returned for another a few weeks later! Elena (the proprietor) is very amiable and supportive. I will definitely return for further treatments in the future. She also gave me numerous samples to try as she has her own skincare range, which was very generous of her. The lip balm and (I think peptide?) serum are particularly effective! If you seek a place where they will only ever suggest what they believe will truly benefit you, visit Elena at Sinlen!
