Emma is lovely and down to earth and makes her clients feel comfortable and at ease, and makes sure they understand what she’s doing and what happens during and after the procedure. I especially appreciate that she’s open and honest with clients in regards to colours, what to expect, what will and won’t work for their particular skin type, etc. As a client - and especially when it comes to a semi-permanent procedure - I want to know I’m in good hands with someone who not only is skilled in their work but is also confident enough to tell me if something isn’t a good idea or isn’t possible, etc, and explain to me the better options and why. I also appreciate that Emma is always still educating herself and keeping up with any changes in the industry, as this shows a dedication to keep performing at a top level and to keep offering the best possible procedures for her clients. I was in Emma’s chair for two hours and the conversation flowed the entire time and I never once felt uncomfortable or apprehensive. In fact I had to keep myself from laughing several times as we were talking to keep my face from moving! Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend Emma!
I have been going to Emma for a few years now for brows and eyeliner. I am so thrilled! They are exactly what I had hoped for. She is so knowledgeable and is a real perfectionist. Her treatment room is spotless and the procedure is never rushed. I now get so many compliments on my brows and I highly recommend her to everyone!
