Gel manicure. Looks fabulous. Quoted £20 upfront, then demanded £30 at payment, citing cuticle shaping. Service was assertive, but cordial.
Regret not checking reviews beforehand. Inquired about BIAB, was assured it was available despite not being advertised. Asked for nail removal and fresh BIAB, but received acrylic instead. Despite pointing out the error, was assured it was a 'new' BIAB. Finish is rough and uneven. Overcharged like others. Steer clear.
WARNING: Deceptive pricing. Charged my elderly mother £140 for gel nails. Actual cost exceeded advertised price. Feigned ignorance when questioned about charges. Appalled by continued operation. AVOID at all costs.
