The employees were incredibly rude and unwelcoming, had one staff member roll their eyes at me when asking a question. Honestly felt quite racially motivated as I was the only person of colour in the shop and the only person who was treated in this way. Was a good shop in the past but has gone very downhill recently. Would not recommend at all.

Absolutely fantastic place, I've had all my piercings done here for a few years now, they've all healed beautifully. The employees in here are so kind too, big shout out to all of you!! They really assist you when the nerves get too much 😂
