Had a dreadful time in here. Came for the 1st time, wanting to try a new nail shop local to me after a bad experience in Nail Stories (never had a problem in 10+ years of having nails done and then 2 in a row in the last month!) Needed gel removal on feet & new gels on hands. I had grown out my handnails and asked to keep the length but they were filed down completely (could barely see the white on some of them, not even filed evenly, and now 2 of my nails have split where the top was filed so roughly). Felt sorry for the guy as he looked new, they should train them up properly before letting them do nails, or at least ask if you are ok with a trainee. Left without gel on hands as didn't trust them to do it and explained I wasn't happy, got a half apology and then tried to charge me the full price also!! Definitely wouldn't recommend if you want your nails done properly.
Booked a lashes appointment for 6 they dudbt even see me til 6.35 and when they finally did I lay on a dirty towel and she took hours to tell me that my lashes were gappy and weak so barely put any in due to last time...which was them putting them in...so they have wrecked my lashes, they look awful and happy and little, and it cost me 70!!!
The salon looked good inside, very inviting and the pedicurist was a lovely lady.. Unfortunately it was quite rushed as there was only one pedicurist , and I was in the salon for what felt like a long time, oweing to this..My toenails look lovely but they really do need more people doing the pedicures ..
