Had some lovely tape in hair extensions fitted with Alex, and they did a fantastic job ensuring they are seamlessly hidden when I tie my hair up. The process was also surprisingly quick! Will definitely be returning to have them reinstalled.
While strolling through Canterbury High Street on Saturday around 4:30, I noticed three employees peeking out of the shop and mocking people sitting at the nearby Costa Coffee. One of the blonde staff even called an older lady a derogatory term. I found their behaviour unprofessional and not in line with the classy image a business should uphold. As a potential customer (which I am not anymore after witnessing this), such conduct would definitely make me uncomfortable and wary of becoming their next target. Very disappointing for a local business in a respectful, welcoming community like Canterbury.
Fantastic establishment, and Charlie did an amazing job with my hair. I believe it's the best colour I've ever had done! Thank you!!!
