Lisa did an absolutely remarkable job with the makeup for my wedding in Mallorca! Right from the beginning, her communication was exceptional, and she even arrived promptly at the venue to set up. She created beautiful, natural makeup for the young bridesmaids which was simply perfect, and my makeup was flawless—it was exactly what I had envisioned. Lisa was incredibly easy to collaborate with and very accommodating of my specific requests. I couldn't recommend her more for anyone in search of an incredibly talented, professional, and dependable makeup artist! Thank you, Lisa!

I would exercise caution when considering booking this company for hair and makeup for a wedding in Ibiza. I have encountered a series of challenges from the initiation to the conclusion with this team. Initially, I was informed that a hairdresser was reserved for me, only to discover months later, after reaching out to the hairdresser on Instagram, that they were unaware of any booking. Subsequently, a second individual was arranged. The day before my wedding, I was informally informed of another makeup artist's name - NOT the original artist I had a trial with, and when I inquired, I was informed that she had departed from the company a few days prior. Once again, this information was not relayed to me until I probed. The communication has been exceedingly poor, my wedding planners struggled to establish contact with anyone. This may not be the fault of the hairdresser or makeup artist, but rather the manager, whose responsibility is to uphold accuracy in planning and communication, ESPECIALLY in a wedding context, in which she seems inadequate, I believe her name is Lisa. There were recurring confusions with timings and the number of individuals requiring services. I fail to comprehend why it is so challenging to get this right? Regarding the hair and makeup: I have experienced better and worse, the makeup was not the full coverage expected for wedding makeup in my view but was satisfactory. The risk associated with booking this team is that the staff are not permanently situated on the island, hence there is a risk of staff departing at their discretion. Had I been aware of this during my trial, I would not have proceeded with the booking.
