Update 15.02.24: unfortunately, the lounge has not addressed my valid concern. Consequently, I am revising my rating to one star and will stick with my current salon. If they had rectified the issue with my friend's special occasion nails, I would have maintained my 5-star rating. I've scheduled 3 appointments here, yet upon arrival, I still had to wait due to the high volume of customers. Be cautious as they prioritize walk-ins over appointments. Despite booking in advance, I was told to wait upon arrival with no available seating due to the busyness. I left feeling disappointed as I had made an appointment and still had to wait. This is by far the finest nail salon I've ever visited! From the moment I stepped in, the staff were exceptionally warm and made me feel at ease. They grasped my preferences perfectly and worked efficiently. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails and will definitely return! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now! Their range of colours is unparalleled. The massage chairs are heavenly, I can't wait to come back for a pedicure next time! Couldn’t be happier to see Emma and Alex back in Manchester having recently opened their gorgeous new store, M.A Nails. The shop is in a great location, 2 minutes from the Arndale Centre on Market Street. Unlike most nail shops in Manchester, they accept booking, which means I never have to waste time waiting. They have created a relaxing environment, and the manicures and pedicures are consistently high quality.
