Avoid this salon if you value your eyebrows! The staff show no care and provide no clean-up after threading. £9 wasted.
If you're after a quick service, this place is efficient but rushed. My first and likely last visit - arm and underarm waxing done in just eight minutes! At £5 per minute, it's not a place for a pampering treat, just a quick job. The beauticians are friendly enough though.
I won't be back here and regret ever coming. Got an eyebrow wax that was way too hot, resulting in burnt and sore skin right before Christmas and my birthday. I usually go elsewhere when in Epsom visiting family. Steer clear of this place, they clearly lack expertise.
