I recently had a wonderfully soothing massage and foot treatment. The atmosphere was cheerful and lively, but the standout feature was the staff members. They were incredibly welcoming, engaging in friendly conversations and sharing laughs. The massage chairs added to the relaxation. I highly recommend this place :) Special thanks to Emma for taking care of me!
I had a foot treatment a fortnight ago, and now I'm dealing with a severe toe infection that landed me in the hospital. Dealing with pus and unbearable pain, I'm now on potent antibiotics with a toe dressing. This unfortunate situation has led to me being unable to attend work. Upon contacting the establishment and explaining my predicament, I received no empathy or concern. There was no inquiry about my well-being or any effort to understand the situation. When I asked about the next steps, the response was dismissive, with a suggestion to bring a photo of my toe next time. The conversation concluded with a vague promise to consult the manager, leaving me dissatisfied.
