During the foot care, when the expert used solutions, I didn’t feel anything wrong initially. However, after a few weeks, I couldn’t comprehend why it was so painful to walk, especially in heels. The agony was so intense that I would literally cry because the skin on my feet felt like it was burning, as if I was walking on fire. A month later, the skin on my feet became extremely dry and started to crack. I tried to heal the skin, but it was ineffective.

She argued that they always follow the same procedure and that everything was fine. I was considering booking another appointment and seeking a solution, but surprisingly, she recommended that I visit a doctor instead of offering a solution. This is the level of customer service she provided, and I'm truly shocked. I'm uncertain how the company's director would react to such poor service offered to local clients. Nonetheless, the employee did an excellent job of tarnishing the business's reputation and driving clients away.
