Reached out to them to be informed that they are in the process of creating a new website, which could be why it's not functioning. Interestingly enough, I was given the same excuse 12 months ago when I visited before. On that occasion, in the store, they declined to provide the 10% discount, and it appears that their policy remains the same. I'm certain that in the years to come, they will still be engaging in the same deceptive advertising scheme.
