I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience was getting my piercings done with Olivia!! I was expecting some pain, but Olivia made me feel so at ease. During my consultation, she explained everything thoroughly, answered all my queries, and really calmed my nerves. On the day of the piercing, she was incredibly kind and patient with me. Abi was also wonderful when I felt a bit lightheaded afterwards, she engaged in conversation and helped distract me!
