I was extremely disappointed with the haircuts for my children. I showed the stylist a picture of how I usually cut my son's hair, but she ended up cutting it very short and in a completely unconventional and comical style. Even when I asked her to trim the ends, she didn't realize the mistake. She applied gel to style his hair, but after he showered, it was a complete disaster with no balance at all. It was evident that she lacked experience, and I regretted going there. I will never return. She also cut my daughter's hair at the same time, but only wet the ends and gave them a trim. I didn't say anything, as I shouldn't have to instruct her on how to do her job. !!!
Absolutely wonderful service. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and was made to feel incredibly comfortable. The fringe trim was perfect. The pedicure was truly heavenly, and the manicure was delightful. I was thoroughly impressed. The treatment room had lovely peaceful music and was impeccably clean, with pleasant women attending to me. Great value for money, and I highly recommend this salon. A very satisfied customer! Thank you!
Safety is of utmost importance, with hand gel provided upon entry and temperature checks conducted. Despite these measures, I still felt at ease and relaxed. My hair looks absolutely stunning, and I am very pleased with the results.
