I recently had an unsatisfactory pedicure experience at this spa. Despite booking a 60-minute session, the therapist hurried through it in just 35 minutes. Considering the £40 price tag, I expected better attention to detail; one of my toenails was left unpainted. Upon contacting the manager, I was blamed for wearing flip flops too soon and informed that the 60-minute appointment includes a 15-minute break—not mentioned during booking. While they offered to fix one toenail, the inconvenience of travelling back outweighs the benefit. I will not be returning.
