The individual who tended to my nails was delightful, gentle, and empathetic. She executed my desired nail design flawlessly, and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. I will certainly return 😊🌟 …
I have frequented William's nails for years and they have consistently impressed me. Unfortunately, after today I will not be returning. The individual who tended to my nails ridiculed the natural state of my nails, despite my evident nervousness. He then displayed frustration, huffed at me, and forcefully repositioned my hands, contorting my fingers to achieve the desired angle for the nail service. When I expressed that my fingers do not bend that way, he disregarded my concern. Upon requesting shorter nails, he retorted, "Shorter? No!" The same dismissive response was given when I asked for oval-shaped nails. I now find myself with long, square nails that I detest. The simple design I had requested is noticeably off-centre. At that point, I simply wanted to depart, so I accepted the subpar result and tendered payment. I am profoundly disappointed; no individual should feel scrutinised and unwelcome in such a setting.
