Absolutely shocking!! We were requested to assist the stylist in preparing each other's hair, which we agreed to after waiting for 2/3 hours (with no progress) and being significantly delayed. We curled each other's hair using a chopstick curler as per your instruction, even though we wanted loose curls. We even took the initiative to wash a client's hair ourselves. Despite receiving none of the expected services, we remained polite throughout our time with you. In the end, we had to style each other's hair because the stylist couldn't replicate the desired look from the images provided. To top it off, we were demanded to pay the full amount while being scolded over the phone by someone named Natasha who wasn't present to witness the situation.
First time in this place, feeling a bit cautious after reading some reviews, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The salon is small, which creates a more welcoming atmosphere. Despite having only one stylist working on my hair, all three staff members that day engaged with me. I came in for a full head of highlights, wash, cut, and blowdry. It had been 6 months since my last hair appointment, so there was a lot of growth to deal with, but they successfully blended it all in. Impressed by the top-notch service and will definitely return :)
