The salon exudes cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere. The hairdressers use top-notch Paul Mitchell products, which I personally adore. Special mention to Marika, whose talent in creating stunning hair colours is truly remarkable. The entire staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend giving this salon a try to witness the exceptional work these ladies do. Your hair will thank you for it, as the quality products used are definitely worth every penny. Treat yourself to a top-notch service and pamper your hair with products it will love. Additionally, the salon offers manicures and ear piercings for a complete beauty experience. Give it a go and you won't be disappointed.
Upon arrival, I was promptly seated in the waiting area, but unfortunately, I experienced a level of rudeness I have never encountered before. One of the women working there was extremely disrespectful towards me, and another staff member had to step in to apologise. Additionally, a customer also found her behaviour towards me to be rude. While the woman did eventually apologise, such treatment towards a customer is unacceptable. It's a shame I cannot give a higher rating based on this experience.
For the past 5 years, I have been a loyal customer of this salon, and they have consistently delivered exceptional service. They have always accommodated my adventurous hair colour choices, from blues to pinks, purples, and even a split colour of orange and purple. The staff is incredibly welcoming, offering a drink while you wait, and they are just a fantastic group of people. I highly recommend them.
