My niece and I visited and the younger ladies were delightful, but the older woman was quite rude and unprofessional. The sunbeds were all scratched, and I only received 3 minutes on one as it abruptly turned off, despite paying for more minutes. Additionally, they were quite chilly. We were informed we could only tan for 6 minutes, as we appeared younger, even though we are over 18, which we find unjust.
Absolutely adore this place, it's stunning inside and impeccably clean. The staff is beautiful and incredibly helpful. Such a pleasant experience - this will always be my top choice for beauty care and sunbeds. I urge you to give this establishment a chance, the sunbeds are always well-maintained. The team is so kind and helpful, I will never consider going elsewhere.
My first visit here, and everyone was so welcoming. I was guided through the various sunbeds, shown how they operate, and everything was spotlessly clean. I will certainly be returning.
