During my initial visit, I was thoroughly pleased with the warm and patient staff. They executed my desired design excellently. I highly recommend this establishment.
Unwelcoming atmosphere, failed to fulfil my exact request for my upcoming wedding nails, and neglected to discuss the process with me. I was hurried out without being able to inspect my nails, which turned out thick and marred. I had to seek out another salon to have them redone.
The establishment is in disarray, lacking in cleanliness, and failed to deliver the specific request I made. My nails were ruined just two days before my wedding! I had to seek out another salon to have them redone.
