My recent BIAB experience here was abysmal. Initial work by one technician, then handed off to a teenage girl sans explanation. Nails sanded excessively, causing discomfort, resulting in lumpy, rough BIAB. Had to rectify at my regular salon the next day. Forced to award 1 star for review publication, but truly deserving of none!
I comprehend living in Faringdon leaves you with scant salon choices. This establishment's quality pales in comparison to others I've frequented. Cuticles remain untouched, once I scheduled via phone, yet waited extensively upon arrival. Nails weren't completed until evening, with concurrent clients present. Two workers juggle multiple patrons, leading to disarray. Outdated, unclean tools, grimy lamps, lack of gloves. Hygiene standards disappoint, with visible dust. Acceptable for those with limited options, but unsuitable for seekers of professionalism. Owner struggles to listen, necessitating repeated instructions.
Visited once. Constant foreign language chatter among staff. Failure to change towel post previous client, revealing remnants of dead skin - appalling! Room exhibits dirtiness, equipment seemingly unsterilized between clients. Endured painful finger cut during filing. Overall, will not return.
