My initial visit was a breath of fresh air. Having encountered cliquish atmospheres in previous parlours, The Feathered Enclosure was a complete contrast. The ambience is welcoming, and the entire team excels at creating a relaxing environment. Chloe was exceptional and executed a superb job. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.

The parlour boasts an attractive appearance. Regrettably, I feel unable to return. During both my visits, the colour timer went off without the hairdresser (I opt not to disclose identities) returning to attend to my hair. I distinctly recall sitting with bleach on for an extended period after the timer had elapsed, assuming she was knowledgeable in her craft. However, during my most recent visit, another stylist at the same parlour revealed the damage underneath at the back of my hair due to chemical breakage, despite attempts to attribute it to my negligence. This was puzzling as my hair had been in good condition for years prior to these visits. Subsequently, I sought the expertise of another stylist who confirmed the damage was indeed caused by chemical breakage. My hair has now been restored to its former health.

I have frequented the Feathered Enclosure Parlour for my routine beauty sessions for well over a year now since relocating to the region. Olivia is truly remarkable and consistently ensures my comfort, making me feel relaxed right from the start. She exudes professionalism, expertise, and is genuinely delightful - I eagerly anticipate my appointments and the laughter we share! The other team members I've encountered have always been exceptionally amiable, and I depart the parlour feeling rejuvenated every time.
