Absolutely fantastic. Shanice is my go-to hairdresser, once you find a stylist who does such a stellar job, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. You can truly unwind knowing you'll receive top-notch service. I've had my hair styled by the other professionals in the salon before, and they are equally superb!
The stylist was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I had just gotten a haircut 2 days prior at another salon and it was a disaster. The stylist in Farnborough did an outstanding job fixing the bad cut and provided me with great advice for my next appointment. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely return.
Flawless haircut! However, I was disappointed when I went to pay and was informed about a new policy regarding thinning out, resulting in a charge of £27.95 instead of the £21.95 price listed on the website. I only had a trim and less than 1 inch off! It frustrated me that there was no mention of this policy change on the website or in the salon, and I wasn't informed about it before the service began!
