I have been getting my waxing done in Gerrards Cross or Beaconsfield for many years, but this time I tried Beaty Angel salon that I stumbled upon. What a mistake! The treatment was subpar and the lady attending to me did not understand my requests despite my repeated explanations. Never again! You truly get what you pay for.
The service at Beauty Angel was exceptionally professional and caring. The staff member who performed my beauty treatments was wonderful, making me feel relaxed and at ease throughout. I highly recommend this place for any beauty treatments, and I will definitely be returning for all of mine.
Absolutely terrible service. The staff completely removed the hair from the middle of my eyebrows instead of just threading. Despite my clear instructions to remove minimal hair, the staff member used scissors and took off all my eyebrows. I have an important event coming up and now I look awful. It will take at least 6 months for them to regrow. All the positive reviews must be paid because I feel completely deceived. I would never recommend this unprofessional place where you pay to ruin your own face. Shame on you!
