Arrived for my appointment, only to be informed that the stylist does not cater to short hair. Despite providing my hair length when booking, I was offered a 15% discount and a rescheduled appointment. Now heading to a wedding with disheveled hair, my day has been utterly ruined. I am left feeling utterly mortified.
I used to frequent this salon during my residence in the vicinity from 2017-2021, and during that period, I had no complaints about the salon or its personnel.
