Initially, I must say that my overall perception of this establishment is quite low, hence the rating. However, the individual who assisted me in selecting a suitable product for my son's hair was truly exceptional. She was not pushy at all, simply guided me towards the right product. Now, I can easily brush my son's hair without any resistance. Every previous shopping experience has been unhelpful, but this time was remarkably pleasant and memorable. Though I did not catch her name, the lady helped us with a warm smile to find the perfect brush and haircare items for my son's curly hair. She even offered some valuable tips, as I struggle to manage his hair due to its unique texture. She is a shining star, and I am grateful for her assistance. I will definitely return to the store if she is present next time.
The advertised opening hours state the store is open until 4 pm on Sundays. I arrived at the shop at 3:40 pm, only to find the shutters down and the store closed. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It is misleading to promote operating hours when the store is clearly shut.
The last time I left a review, this place was an utter disaster. However, during my recent (desperate) visit, I noticed that the entire team had been replaced, and there is new management in place. Thank goodness for that. I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah and Patricia, who displayed genuine and exceptional customer service skills. A brief conversation with them left me feeling so assisted and appreciated. I am relieved that I can continue to visit this establishment, as it is the only beauty supply store in my vicinity. I had even considered travelling an hour away to avoid this place at one point.
